An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.
The Software is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted under law and equity.

3. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices of DM Net (Proprietary) Limited ("DM Net") for the DM Net Website ("the Site"). By visiting the Site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
